Jeremy Kowalski
Jeremy K has been with SERVPRO Team Davis for 14 years and currently serves as our Restoration Manager. Since 2010, Jeremy has worked his way up from technician to supervisor and now manager. With IICRC certifications in water restoration and applied structural damage, certification in lead, subrogation, and OSHA 10, as well as expertise in duct cleanings and general restoration, Jeremy K can truly make any disaster “Like It Never Even Happened!” Jeremy is a fan of comedies like Spaceballs and Monty Python, an avid golfer, and the starting shortstop for our Team Davis softball team. If you see the SERVPRO beanie, know your property is in excellent hands!
Jon Davis
Jon is a Water Technician who has been with SERVPRO of Easton, Bethlehem and Whitehall for as long as he can remember. He recently earned his certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). In his spare time, Jon enjoys playing sports and staying fit.
Janelle Trumbauer
Janelle has been with SERVPRO Team Davis for 17 years, currently serving as our Office Manager. Since 2009, Janelle has amassed certifications in subrogation, Xactimate, and IICRC certifications in water damage, fire and smoke damage, odor control, and applied structural drying. Janelle enjoys eating healthy foods, watching Rom-Coms, listening to country music, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
Jeremy Brescia
The face of our Team Davis social media, Jeremy Brescia, or JB as he is known by in the office, serves as the Sales & Marketing Manager here at Team Davis. Starting as a sales rep three years ago, JB quickly rose to the sales manager position by utilizing his 20+ years of selling experience. Our reigning Hero Ready MVP is out and about in the Lehigh Valley every day, furthering the reach of our brand by sitting on several organizational boards like IFMA, ACS, and various chambers of commerce. Jeremy enjoys a good slice of pizza, the Michigan Wolverines, spending time with his family, and playing catcher for our Team Davis softball squad.
Rob Linepensel
Our Reconstruction Project Manager, Rob, is a jack of all trades when it comes to reconstruction and contracting services. For the past three years, Rob has used his extensive construction experience to grow our Team Davis recon department and provide full service residential and commercial services to all of our customers across the Lehigh Valley. Rob enjoys spending time with his family and dog, golfing, playing soccer, and listening to 90’s Hip Hop.
Tanya Huff
Tanya has worn many hats in her 20+ years of working in the cleanup and restoration industry. She currently works as the Accounting Clerk and HR Generalist here at Team Davis. Tanya has earned IICRC certifications in water and fire restoration, applied structural damage, and odor control, as well as certifications in subrogation and Dry Book. Tanya also is a licensed pastor at a United Methodist Church, having earned her master’s degree in divinity from Drew University. She loves spreading holiday cheer around the office, eating seafood, traveling across the 50 states, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Matt Baker
Over the past 5 years, Matt has gone from receptionist to job file coordinator to his current position, Reconstruction Job File Coordinator. With his IICRC certification in water restoration and his experience with the restoration industry, Matt is an invaluable member of the Team Davis family. Matt enjoys listening to country music, assisting with Lafayette College athletics, travelling for softball tournaments, and spending time with his family.
Neil Wentz
Neil Wentz, also known as the Rhyno, has been our reconstruction superintendent since December 2022. With multiple years of carpentry and contracting experience, Neil is a crucial member of our recon department. Neil is a bit of a foodie, having earned his ServSafe certification and being a cook for multiple years as well. His hobbies include camping, disc golf, traveling, and locking down the hot corner at third base for our Team Davis softball team.
Jennifer Reiner
The newest member of the Team Davis Sales Department, Jen brings almost 30 years of sales, marketing, education, and customer service experience to the team! As our sales and marketing representative, Jen connects with the local community and develops relationships with our commercial and residential customers. When she is not out visiting her verticals, Jen loves to travel, visit wineries, attend concerts and fairs, and make memories with her loved ones.
Nicole Jacob
Nicole makes up one half of our team of Job File Coordinators at SERVPRO Team Davis. After beginning her tenure as a receptionist three years ago, Nicole has since moved on to job file coordination, working hand in hand with our restoration experts, customers, and insurance providers to ensure efficient resolutions to water, fire, and mold related claims. Nicole earned her Bachelor’s in rehabilitation and human services from Penn State University and is IICRC certified in water restoration. She enjoys spending time with her children and dogs, listening to country music, and traveling to Disney and her family summer home.
Sharde Cespedes
If you have had any interaction with Team Davis over the past year and a half, chances are you spoke with our incredible dispatch scheduler/receptionist, Sharde! With over 10 years of phone and in-person customer service, Sharde is expertly trained to communicate with our customers and restoration crews, helping us get to any size disaster faster across the Lehigh Valley and alleviate some of the stress related with water and fire losses. She enjoys all musical genres, live sporting events, and traveling anywhere warm near water.
Jackie Stanley
The newest Job File Coordinator and member of our office team, Jackie, brings a great positive energy and unique background to Team Davis! Jackie is ISC2 certified in cybersecurity, having served as an IBM cybersecurity analyst before joining our team. Jackie enjoys a combination of Asian and Italian food, horror and Pixar movies, pop-punk and nu-metal music, the New York Jets, and spending time with her two children.
Robert Reynoso
Rob, a restoration supervisor, is IICRC certified and serves as one of our water restoration experts at Team Davis. Rob loves a good horror or comedy movie, RnB and rap music, Formula 1 racing, and would love to visit all 50 states one day!
Mark Reppert
Mark has been with Team Davis for the last 5+ years, now serving as our Fire Restoration Supervisor. With over 15 years of experience in the restoration industry and IICRC certifications in Fire, Smoke, and Odor, Mark is an invaluable member of our team who is highly dedicated and devoted to his craft.
Katie Huff
Katie, another IICRC certified restoration supervisor, has been with Team Davis for over 3 years! Newly engaged, Katie loves Italian food, comedy and horror movies, all music genres, and spending time with her son who is her whole life!
Erick Hernandez
Erick has been a restoration supervisor for Team Davis on and off for many years, while also serving as our warehouse maintenance specialist. Erick brings a great work ethic and years of extensive water mitigation experience to the team. When he is not working hard for Team Davis, Erick enjoys fishing.
Rebekah Rodkey
Rebekah, a restoration technician at Team Davis, has been working as a fire damage expert for over 4 years with us! With IICRC certifications in Fire, Smoke, and Odor, Rebekah is highly-trained and dedicated to fire restoration. Rebekah does not really like sports, but is a big fan of hiking, roller skating, travelling and trying out new restaurants!
Eric Salsman
For the past 3+ years, Eric has been a great asset to our restoration team, not only as a water restoration technician, but also just as someone who is always willing to help out and lend a hand. Eric is a proud father who loves to spend time with his daughters.
Alex Lebo
One of our newer restoration technicians, Alex has quickly become IICRC certified and is becoming a water damage expert! Alex also brings plumbing and electrical expertise and forklift and HVAC certifications with him to Team Davis. Alex is a dedicated, hard worker who enjoys playing volleyball, baseball, football, and basketball.
Devin Dragovits
Our newest and youngest restoration technician, Devin, has over 3 years of mitigation experience. Devin brings a great, positive energy to Team Davis, loves pizza, and was a tri-sport athlete in high school.
Shawn Berhel
Another member of our new wave of restoration technicians, Shawn has quickly learned the best practices from our more experienced supervisors, becoming a great asset for Team Davis. He brings a great energy and sense of humor to the department!
Jorrell Stancil
Jorrell is one of the newest members of our fire restoration team. Jorrell is always ready and willing to learn from our restoration supervisors, we are glad to have him on the team!
Luis Morales
Luis has only been a water restoration technician with Team Davis for a few months but has trained under our great supervisors and is quickly learning the tools of the trade. Luis is always ready to learn and lend a hand whenever or wherever our team may need it!
Maggie Davis
Maggie Davis is the office dog of SERVPRO of Easton, Bethlehem, and Whitehall. She is certified in ice cube eating and fetch studies. She's been known to sleep on the job sometimes but more than makes up for that pitfall with her *constantly* friendly demeanor and fun-to-pet silky fur.
